- Best Practices to Avoid Typo Errors
- A good practice is to COPY the text from Monday or the document instead of typing the text manually to your software text editor.
- For instances that it needs to be typed manually, cross-check by comparing it side by side with the actual copy.
- For the designers, before turning over a file to the editor, make sure that the texts are correct and complete.
- Before QA and before clocking out, review the texts by comparing them to the actual copy from the client.
Additional notes:
- Review the client’s revision notes if all are applied correctly.
- Check the Monday board if there are new copy change requests from the client.
- Review the files in Box to make sure that there were no errors during the upload process.
